Female Artifact Reproduction from the Cucuteni–Trypillia culture, found in what is now Eastern Europe (Ukraine and Romania), Circa. 3,500 BCE (and earlier). 

It reminds one of a ceremonial object, but its original use is open to speculation. Whatever the original maker intended, it is an intriguing piece of art that connects us to our deep ancestral roots.

Note that each sculpture has variations in color tone due to the pit firing process.
